As a Home Care Assistant / Carer / Care Worker in Hull, you will provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain or regain their health, well-being, and independence.

Areas covered: Hull, HU3, HU8, HU9, HU11, and Marfleet.

Shifts or hours available:

  • Full-time, part-time, night, and weekend shifts to suit your lifestyle

The Care Assistant Role

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  • Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
  • Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  • Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
  • Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals

The Ideal Hales Care Assistant

  • Passionate about helping others.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Honest and committed to delivery high quality care and support
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records
  • Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.
