We are currently looking for an experienced House Manager to join our team.

Overall Purpose of the Job

To engage in the effective delivery of support, advice, and care in accordance with Foxglove policies and procedures.
Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and behaviour that can challenge is a must.
To maintain good professional practices in accordance with CQC Fundamental standards.
To help create a positive environment for each service user by respecting choices and preferences with the emphasis on independence.
To manage and support a team of support workers ensuring they have the skills and capabilities to carry out their roles.
You must have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
You will need to be flexible and available at short notice.
You will be expected to take part in the on-call rota.
You will need to be proactive and be a supportive team player.
Help to create a positive environment for the individuals by respecting choices and preferences with the emphasis on independence.
You will be given one off shift day per week, for the remainder of the week you will be expected to be included in the rota working with the individuals.
It would be preferred if you have a clean Full UK Driving licence

Pay is subject to a paygrade system, starting from £12 per hour to be reviewed in March 2025.
